Kodomonokuni (Children’s Land) was a valuable place where many Metabolist buildings were constructed; NAMA confirmed the master plan and 14 facilities, including unbuilt projects, in our fond. Kodomonokuni items haven’t been researched well, but we finished it with our exhibition. It covered the Master plan by ASADA Takashi, committee history, many architects and architecture stories, and admin’s reality. This collection conveys the validity of the Metabolist architecture in Japan that underpinned and materialized Japan’s rapid postwar economic growth. It will be new research items of Metabolism architecture history.
