The purpose of this paper is to study an influence of social interaction in the constructive process of the images of an individual, through the lesson analysis of a music appreciation class by ‘Graphic Score Making.
First,I studied the concept of images from prior research and redefined it in this paper. The concept of images in the music appreciation class by ‘Graphic Score Making’ refer to the new inner information that is formed by interaction between the inner world and the external world and social interaction. Next,I analyzed the music appreciation class of a special class in Junior high school, using ‘Sakura-variation’ by Michio Miyagi.
The conclusion is as follows: (1) The teacher and the students generate the social learning situation by social interaction with media, and the images of an individual are generated. (2) The expression by the multimedia (crooning with gesture) is important for the music appreciation learning that centers on the constructive process of images of an individual. (3) The constructive process of images of an individual is influenced by social interaction by nonverbal communication.
