In this research, the Takasaki Kokubu area was made clear to an example for the factor which tradition vegetable production has revitalized. The incubator established the Kokubu Yasai Honpo of the agricultural cooperative, the sixth industrialization was realize, and the Kokubu carrot was included in this production and processing organization. Shipment and the customer of the Kokubu carrot were also secured by the Kokubu Yasai Honpo. The male labor force which tackles agriculture after retirement age existed in the Kokubu area. They protected the traditional production and it had intention of spreading as Brand. Especially the participant from the first stage had intention of expansion and succession planning of agricultural output. The participant from the second half was asking for the leisure after retirement age, and the place of communication.
