地方自治体における親子ワーケーションの社会的効果に関する研究

抄録

Parent-child Workation are promoted by local authorities targeting parents and children. The actual situation of how local authorities promote parent-child Workation from the perspective of project effectiveness has not been fully examined, as parent-child Workation are a new concept. This paper identifies the effects of parent-child Workation on participating families and communities, success factors and challenges, and derives policy implications for effective project implementation.
