Diphenylmethane-4, 4'-bisallylnadic imide (BANI) prepolymer was prepared by the hydrosilylation reaction of BANI with tetramethylcyclotetrasiloxane (D4H). The hydrosilylation reactivity, cure behavior and properties of the cured polymer in this BANI/D4H system were discussed.
