抄録

An Emerging interest for curved displays and touch panels has been demanding a new technology that enables to print on curved surface more than ever. We have developed a novel screen-printing technology based on a reverse transfer mechanism to print on curved surfaces with a small radius of curvature. We have proved that this new screen-printing technology can print on S-shape curved surface which has a concave of R20mm. We also found out our technology could provide even higher thickness of printed pattern than normal screen-printing method by optimized transfer speed.
