Abstract
Ten mg of cyclophosphamide were injected intraperitoneally to guinea pigs for five days and the leucocyte, lymph node and permeability on the course were observed. At seventh day the leucocyte in blood was decreased to about one thousand per ml and recovered to normal at thirteenth day. On pathological findings in lymph node the germinal center was almost disappeared and the lymphcyte decreased remarkably at fifth day and recovered at fifteenth day. DNCB dermatitis on guinea pigs was not developed when sensitization was done at the same or five days before of cyclophosphamide injection and the severe dermatitis was observed on the cases of sensitization were done immediately after injection. The capillary permeability on DNCB dermatitis in guinea pigs began at six hours and reached to maximum at ten to twenty hours and gradually decreased. The permeability factor in extract from DNCB dermatitis skin might be peptide and checked in vivo and found it on the same area of ninhydrin reaction positive.
