Two cases of prurigo pigmentosa were reported. Clinical findings of both cases were almost compatible with those of Nagashima’s original description. But the first case showed vesicles based on eosinophilic degeneration or necrosis of keratinocyte and the biopsy specimen of pigmented area revealed papillomatosis.
