Abstract
Two cases of sign of Leser-Trélat are reported. They had rapidly developed multiple seborrheic keratoses. In one there was an associated bizzare leiomyoblastoma of the ileum and in the other an associated malignant lymphoma. In addition, data on two patients with cancer and a seborrheic keratosis of sudden appearance and rapid increase in size are reported.
