A case of calcifying epithelioma with marked ossification is reported. A 13-year-old boy had a subcutaneous nodule on the region of his right temple. The nodule was hard and 2.1×2.1cm in size. Twenty-seven cases of calcifying epithelioma with ossification reported in Japan are reviewed.
