Abstract
In a 45-year-old woman, lupus erythematosus profundus on the lips, buttocks and thighs and in some areas discoid lupus erythematosus lesions were present. The serology revealed a positive, antinuclear antibody (ANA) and immuno-complex. In addition, direct immunofluorescence showed deposits of immuno-globulin and complement at the dermal-epidermal junction and within the vessel walls.
