Abstract
Four cases of piezogenic pedal papules were reported. The first was a 35-year-old man. Several painful lesions developed on the medial and lateral aspects of his feet and were more remarkable when he gained weight. The second and third cases were a 35-year-old man and a 3-year-old girl, a father and daughter. The third was the youngest case reported until now. The lesions in the fourth were noted accidentally, biopsy was performed, but no particular pathological changes were evident. The clinical and pathological appearances of piezogenic pedal papules were discussed.
