Abstract
Immunohistological studies were done on squamous cell carcinoma, basal cell epithelioma, follicular tumor, sweat gland tumor, senile keratosis, Bowen’s disease, Paget’s disease and senile verruca, using antikeratin antibody prepared from nomal human sole skin by the method of PAP and immunofluorescence. Different staining patterns were noted between squamous cell carcinoma and follicular tumor, senile keratosis and Bowen’s disease. In Paget’s disease, a negative reaction for antikeratin ahtibody was noted, while the surrounding keratinocyte showed positive reaction.
