Abstract
We treated a 3-year-old girl with Albright’s hereditary osteodystrophy. Since birth, she had had erythemas, brownish pigmentation and subcutaneous nodules, several milimeters in diameter, scattered over the trunk and extremities. She also was of short stature, had a round face, and short little finger. Serum calcium and phosphate values were within normal limits but serum parathyroid hormone level was substantially elevated. Microscopic examination of subcutaneous nodules showed ossification of the deermis.
