We report an ususual case of a 75-year-old woman who had a cutaneous horn-like keratinized tumor on her left nipple. A biopsy specimen distinctly revealed Paget’s disease of the breast. Histopathologic examination showed marked hyperkeratosis, numerous Paget cells lying singly and in groups in the dermis and so-called comedo carcinoma in the dermis that stained strongly positive with CEA.
