The basic objectives of surgery for Rheumatoid hip are to preserve articular surfaces, to relieve pain, to correct deformity, and to improve motion and function. We believe that arthroplasty of the hip is the most successful operation.
We have experienced Cup-arthroplasty, prosthetic replacement and total hip replacement.
We discussed the indication and problem of the surgical treatment for Rheumatoid hip.
