From 1963 to 1974, the authors have treated 58 cases of spinal column tumors. Among of them, there were 13 cases of cervical column tumors, 12 of which were metastasis. This paper is about the 12 cases of metastasis. 8 cases were male and 4 cases were female. Age distribution was from 28 to 72 and average was 53.2. Primitive tumor was mamma (2 cases), stomach (2 cases), thyroid, grawitz tumor, uterus, prostata, bladder, (each one case), giant cell tumor of femur (I case) and 2 origin unknoun.
Radiography have shown; collapse vertebre & disapper of normal alignment, in some cases, kyphosis (6 cases) or angulation myelopathy (4 cases) were very important, one case was in relation with protrusion of metastatic bone in the spinal canal.
Cuppetage and bone graft was carried out in 3 cases, laminectomy in 2 cases, radiation and skeletal traction each one case. We had good result for mamma metastasis.
