Seventy-eight patients of osteoarthritis of the hip joint were treated surgically in our clinic past five years. The operation methods employed were femoral osteotomy in 22 cases, mold arthroplasty in 18 cases, total hip replacement in 16 cases, and pelvic osteotomy in 12 cases. The results of femoral osteotomy will be presented in this report.
