Myodil Myelogram で閉塞型を示した腰椎椎間板ヘルニア症例について

抄録

Twenty patients out of 315 with herniated lumbar discs showed a total block of myelogram were operated on in our clinic for the past 10 years, the incidence being 6.3%. The total blocks located at the L₄-L₅ in 15 patients and L₅-S₁ in 5, and the most significant clinical sign was a positive Lasègue's test.
Sixteen herniated discs were removed by Love's operation and 6 by laminectomy. The follow-up results of 16 patients after 1 to 6 years revealed to be satisfactory in 14 patients.
