Two-patients with spontaneous rupture of the tendon of the extensor pollicis longus, after the fracture of the lower end of radius are reported.
They are operated by mean of the tendon transfer of the extensor indicis, and are obtained the good results.
The etiology and the pathology of the conditions are refered.
