The recurrence of an aneurysmal bone cyst after bone grafting seems to be rare. We reported a case of the recurrent aneurysmal cyst of the Talus.
A 30 years-old male complained of the recurrent pain 15 months after the first opeartion. Roentgenograms showed an enlargement of the cystic lesion. At the first operation showed the histological findings suggesting an Aneurysmal bone cyst, a giant cell tumor was not complelely neglected. However, at the second operation revealed the charactreristic findings of an aneurysmal bone cyst.
