大腿骨頸部外側骨折に対する Enderpin の小経験

抄録

From December in 1977 to May in 1981, 21 cases of extracapsular hip fractures were operated by Erder's nail in Fukuoka Red Crose Hospital.
17 cases which were radiological bone union were reviewed.
The types of the fractures were 11 stable type and 6 unstable type fractures as classified by Evans.
Good result were obtained in 15 cases (89%) on ADL examination, in 12 cases (70%) on roentogenographic examination.
Especially, external malrotation occurred in unstable type.
