The ganglion is rarely found in the bone. We experienced three cases of intraosseous ganglion. Case 1 was 30-year-old female who noticed pain of her right great toe. The radiogram revealed a cystic lesion with perifocal sclerosis in the right first proximal phalanx. Case 2 was a 33-year-old male who complained of pain in his left ankle joint. The radiogram revealed a cystic lesion with the destruction of cortex and the periosteal reaction in the posterior distal end of his left tibia. Computed Tomography (CT) showed a cystic lesion with marginal sclerosis. The effect of the enhancement was found at the marginal sclerosis. Cases 3 was a 57-year-old male who complained of pain on the medial side of his right knee joint. The radiogram revealed a cystic lesion with marginal sclerosis in the medial condyle of his right tibia. CT findings showed a poly-cystic lesion with marginal sclerosis and the cortical thinning. The effect of the enhancement was found at the marginal areas.
