Recently we have experimented two cases of thoracic arachnoiditis.
A 31-year-old woman presented with gradually progressive acsendent numbness and weakness in her feet and legs for a period of 25 years. Another 52-year-old man did for a period of about 30 years.
We operated on them, but laminectomy and removal of the ossification was followed by no resolution of the neurological deficit.
