A case of a 43-year-old man who had multiple avascular osteonecrosis is reported.
He had four neurosurgical episodes and steroid therapy (4, 397mg as predonisolon).
The sites of osteonecrosis were both sides of humeral head, femoral head, femoral condyle and talus. The transtrochanteric rotational osteotomy of the right femoral head was performed first, and six months later, the other side osteotomy was done.
