Arthroscopic management for the tibial plateau fractures has the advantages of accurate reduction and rigid fixation without extensive operative exposure. In addition, it allows accurate diagnosis of associated intraarticular pathology. We have applied the arthroscopic management on 8 cases of tibial plateau fractures in 19 cases and obtained the good results. We usually implanted the iliac bone for the defect after the reposition. This time we have used “Apaceram granules ®” (2, 000-4, 000μm) as the bone implants for the defect after the arthroscopic reposition. It shortened the operative time and allowed the early motion excercise without the iliac pain.
