A very rare case diagnosed as an adamantinoma of the tibia in an one year and 10 months old girl is reported.
She had gait disturbance and the ro-entogenograms showed a well circums-cribed multilocular cystic lesion and defect of anterior cortex of the left tibia. Marginal excision and bone grafting were performed. The light microscopic findings and immunohistochemical studies suggested that the meoplastic cells had epithelial nature. Thus, we finally diagnosed this tumor as adamantinoma of the tibia. Sixteen months postoperatively there was no relapse and the bone union was almost completed.
