MFH is the most frequent sarcoma in soft tissue. We treated three cases of MFH in the last three years.
Case 1: Immediately after simple excision of the tumor at the left thigh by a doctor, curative wide resection was carried out.
Case 2: As the tumor had contact with the right femur, the tumor was resected widely but not curatively. After the operation, radiation therapy was indicated.
Case 3: The tumor at the right axillar region had simple excision four times. But unfortunately, the patient died of the huge tumor.
