The treatment of degloving injury hand is often difficult, because the bone, nerve and vessel of fingers are exposed. For the reconstruction of such fingers we have used a vascularized free skin flap obtained from the posterolateral side of the lower leg. This flap is supplied by the cutaneous branches of the peroneal artery, drained by the accompanying venae comitantes. A case of this free peroneal flap transfer was reported.
