We performed hip arthroplasty for osteoarthritis using bipolar endoprosthesis combined with bone grafting acetabuloplasty on 4 hips and reviewed them. Grafted bones were survived and remodeled in all cases and results of them were almost good. Especially, they were improved in pain. Bone grafting was performed expecting more than 10° of CE angle. For the correction of leg lengh discrepancy, we consider that it is necessary to place the cup in the original acetabulum as proximally as possible.
