200 cases selected at random out of 365 cases of free flap transfers performed at our department were examined about postoperative vascular complications. Especially Anti-Coagulation therapy (ACT) that was one of the factors concerned in survival rate was examined. The incidence of the vascular complications was higher in the ACT group.
