A 48-year-old man presented with pain and a clicking noise in his right sternoclavicular joint for three years following a traffic accident. The ROM of his shoulder was limited by pain. We treated him surgically with resection of the lateral claviclular end and cut the coracoclavicular ligament. Fortunately, surgery was effective with improvement in the patients complaints.
