This system is in use to measuring motivation for the third-year students of Sendai National College of Technology. In case of the traditional questionnaire survey, the scale which printed on paper was used. After the analyst collected it and converted it into electronic file, analysis was carried out using applications software. However, the system introduced here does not use any paper in all process of the investigation. Furthermore, the applications software to analyze data is easily started with the launcher which was developed for this system. The Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol and the Hash function were installed into the system to protect online personal information. This system brings high data handling efficiency and the utility of data at measurement of classroom motivation.
