抄録
This paper reports the outline of the career support system of Sendai National College of Technology Hirose and the supports of job hunting. The career support center is lack of supporting the career design. Students will not research the company and will not know themselves, sufficiently. It is desired to build up the career support center, which serves designing career of students of the national college of technology.
