Abstract

Thirteen typical strains were selected from 75 cultures isolated from 38 wines samples collected rear the Shiojiri in Nagano Prefecture.
They included 7 strains of Picha membranaefaciens, 1 of Saceharomyces mellis, 1 of Sacch. rosei, 1 of Sacch. rouxii, 1 of Torulopsis globosa and 2 of Candida tropicalis.
