Part 2. A Taxonomy of Non-Sporulating Film Yeasts

Abstract

33 cultures of non-sporulating wine film ycasts were collected by the selection from 443 samples of wine and grape musts, and were classified by LODDER's method as follow.
21 strains of Candida mycoderma, 10 of C. krusei, 1 of C. tropicalis and 1 of Torulopsis inconspicua.
