Abstract

This study aims to consider the scale differences and impact of land utilization on milk production costs. The main outcomes are as follows. First, the scale expansion of dairy farming in meadow regions increases the level of concentrated feed and milk production costs. Second, the scale expansion of dairy farming in upland regions reduces the milk yield and increases milk production costs.
