Abstract
The activities of alkaline and acid phosphatases and the PAS positive substances in the gastric gland of rats were examined after pilocarpine injection.
In the thirty minutes case after injection the activity of alkaline phosphatase increases and then gradually decreases to the intensity of the control.
The activity of the acid phosphatase shows almost the same manner as that of the alkaline phosphatase.
The PAS positive substances increase sometimes after the injection, but no remarkable changes are observed.
