Abstract
Gross anatomical observation done on the Macacus cyclopsis with regade to the latero-ventral muscles of the abdomen, that is, the M. obliquus abdominis externus, the M. obliquus abdominis internus, the M. rectus abdominis and the vagina m. recti abdominis which is formed by the aponeuroses of these muscles revealed the following results. This study had been done bilaterally on 50 cadavers (32 male,18 female).
