A high quality and rapid information would considerably improve decision making in the Information era. This study suggests a way to support OR and/or decision making through construction of a "case-database". For the purpose, we design a prototype system based on extended uses of the entity-relationship concept. The system intends to help users to perform the process from problem description to mathematical modeling, I.e., the first stage of the modeling life cycle management.
