Several analytical concepts are used in the research of a regional excellent company. In the past, the research area has been analyzed with a concept of network, but in these days a new concept of"Ba"is focused to analyze interpersonal processes. This research attempts to extract some factors of formation of"Ba"and to derive some relations among these factors.
