Abstract
There is many kind of study about fat supplement as animal feed. The one is development of rumen-protected fat which is made by changing chemical structure or treatment of surface. And the other are production of added value food or improvement of production efficiency using functional fatty acid linoleic acid, linolenic acid, EPA, DHA and CLA which give a good effect to human or animal.
