Transseptal hypophysectomy, performed on a 43 year old house with advanced carcinoma of the breast, was reported.
The patient was previously treated by the radical mastedtomy but was later followed by recurrence in the axilla and by metastasis in the femur. Endocrine ablatory treatment for the advance carcinoma of the breast and occasionally resulting postoperative cerebrospinal rhinorrhea were discussed.
