Abstract
1. The changes of Bleeding time, Bleeding amount and Prothrombin time, in normal rabbits which were injected of 5 mg of the drug per kg, are observed. The duration time in affection is over 5 hours are most useful affecting time is between 2 or 3 hours, on the last experiment, there find scarcely affection to the Prothrombin time.
2. Throughing the operation of chronic sinusitis in 7 cases, 3 cases of internasal operation of ethmoid bone, 9 cases of tonsillectomy, were only injected of 30 mg of drug per kg.
The Bleeding amount in these operation is a little, and no Bleeding after the operation.The Bleeding time is much shorter after 5 hours the injection.
