Total 20cc of 1% Novocaine added by 1cc of 0.1% Adrenalin was injected subumeosally into the area of anterior tonsillar pillar of both side. Surgery will begin 25 minutes after the injection. By this method anesthetics show maximum effect. Accidents related to tonsillectomy can be prevented and bleeding during the surgery is minimized.
