It has been reported that a temporary tinnitus may occur when some kind of drugs as Aspirin was administrated, or acoustic stimuli were imposed. In this present study, a band of noise from pure tone audiometer was exposed in three young subjects with otological normal ear. Test stimuli were a narrow band of noise which center frequency were 3KHz and 4KHz, 85 dB sensation level and these noise were presented for one and three minutes. Every subjects without two subjects who were exposed the noise of 3KHz, one minute, complaint temporary tinnitus after exposure of the noise. The characteristics of the tinnitus showed a pure tone like tinnitus. Pitch match test of this tinnitus showed a frequency to be approximately 1.0% of the center frequency of stimulated noise.
