Abstract

Soft X-ray microscopy is a powerful non-destructive and non-staining imaging technique, which enables the visualization of microstructures within a cell. Currently, because the library of X-ray micrographs of cells is not sufficient, it is difficult to identify an X-ray image.

This report introduces a method to identify the intracellular structure of the micro-cyanobacterium in an X-ray micrograph from a function based on an indirect fluorescent-antibody technique as well as a form based on a transmission electron microscopy method.
