Possibilities of development of a reginal ICT platform on public-private partnership

Abstract

There has been a notable increase in importance of a “public-private partnership platform” as a solution for local problems. This paper explorers what roles ICT plays in a development of this platform and how local enterprises can pursue the development as a sustainable business, putting a special focus on open-data.
