In this study, we attempted to set the target value of the number of steps of the subject based on statistical changes in the body composition index.
For that purpose, we conducted two analyzes.
In analysis 1, the target value of the number of steps of the subject was set on the premise that it would be a safe and convenient value.
We also conducted a cross-sectional study between subjects, and it was found that the visceral fat level was statistically lower in the group with many records than in the group with only a few records.
In Analysis 2, longitudinal study was conducted, and it became clear that those who are in the higher group statistically lower the visceral fat level after 4 months.
