The Third AI boom is still continuing, however, methodologies to apply AI to sociotechnical systems have not been matured yet, because the term AI is misleading from the system development points of view for distributed social open environments. This presentation focuses on the concept of agent-modeling, as a cutting-edge technology of population or group intelligence, as a part of Artificial Intelligence.
